UTICA — Get The Led Out (GTLO), the legendary Led Zeppelin tribute band, will make a triumphant return at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, to The Stanley Theatre, 259 Genesee St.

The band is currently in the midst of a national tour, with Utica being a priority date. Their two-hour long show features Paul Sinclair on lead vocals and harmonica, Paul Hammond on electric and acoustic guitars, mandolin and theremin, Jimmy Marchiano on electric and acoustic guitars, Eddie Kurek on keyboards, electric and acoustic guitars, backing percussion and vocals, Adam Ferraioli on drums and Phil D’Agostino on bass.

“Led Zeppelin are sort of the classical composers of the rock era,” said Sinclair. “I believe 100 years from now they will be looked at as the Bach or Beethoven of our time. As cliche as it sounds, their music is timeless.”

From the bombastic and epic, to the folky and mystical, GTLO has captured the essence of the recorded music of Led Zeppelin and brought it to the concert stage. The Philadelphia-based group consists of six veteran musicians, intent on delivering Led Zeppelin live, like audiences have never heard before.

Utilizing the multi-instrumentalists at their disposal, GTLO re-creates songs, in all their depth and glory, including the studio overdubs that Zeppelin themselves never performed. No wigs or fake English accents, GTLO brings what the audience wants – a high energy Zeppelin concert with honest, heart-thumping intensity.

Tickets start at $36.50 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or by contacting The Stanley Theatre Box Office at 315-724-4000.
