FRANKFORT — The Frankfort-Schuyler Central School District has announced the successful completion of negotiations with the CSEA Local 1000, AFS-CME AFL-CIO, Herkimer County Local 822, Unit 7107-00 for a new collective bargaining agreement.

“The collaborative, positive and open process we followed with our CSEA partners resulted in a fair contract for their valued members, our champion school District and our supportive school community,” said Superintendent Joseph M. Palmer.

The CSEA’s Labor Relations Specialist Matt Spellicy expressed similar sentiments stating, “It was a pleasure working with the District and I look forward to working with them in the future. I really appreciate their honesty and positive approach on this.”

Terms of the contract are not released with the exception that the new collective bargaining agreement will remain in effect from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027.
