A fourth potential candidate for the Board of Education in the May 21 election is Felicia James-Williams of 7869 W. Thomas St.
She has picked up nominating petition forms from the school district business office for the election, the district said.
To become an official candidate, petitions signed by at least 100 eligible voters who live in the district must be filed by May 1 at 5 p.m. at the district business office, 409 Bell Road.
Other potential candidates who have picked up petition forms are board incumbents Paul Hagerty of 5 Selden Drive and Lawrence Posselt of 8691 Zircon Lane, both in Lee, plus Tanya Davis of 906 Franklyn St. No one has filed completed petitions yet.
Three board seats overall, including one that is currently vacant, are up for election for new three-year terms that begin in July.
