SYRACUSE — Former congressional candidate Sarah Klee Hood has endorsed Francis Conole in his campaign for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.

Klee Hood is an Air Force veteran and DeWitt town councilor.

“I am truly grateful to have the support of Sarah Klee Hood, someone who is a true leader in our community, a fellow veteran, and dedicated public servant who has committed her life to serving our community and country,” Conole said.

“Her campaign spoke to the hunger and desire for fresh blood in Washington that Central New York needs, and I look forward to continuing that fight in the general election,” he said.

Conole added that he “will fight tooth and nail to protect foundational freedoms and take on both parties when they’re wrong. With Sarah’s help, I am confident that we will win in November, protect foundational freedoms, and deliver for Central New York.”
