Forcible touching, drug possession among area arrests by New York State Police

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Madison, Herkimer and Oneida counties:

• Carl G. Laventure, 69, of Herkimer, was charged in Herkimer on Sept. 29 with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Stephen D. Gross, 25, of Little Falls, was charged in Webb on Sept. 28 with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

• A 13-year-old juvenile, from Little Falls, was charged in Stark on Sept. 25 with forcible touching.

• Anthony M. D’Aniello, 31, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Sept. 28 with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

• An 18-year-old, from Newport, was charged on Sept. 20 in Newport with one count of third-degree trespass.

• Daniel G. Dillon, 31, of Little Falls, was charged on Sept. 21 in Newport with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Mehmed Dautovic, 49, of Utica, was charged in Frankfort on Sept. 24 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• A 13-year-old juvenile, from West Winfield, was charged in Winfield on Sept. 26 with forcible touching.

• Christine A. Biagini, 55, of Barneveld, was charged in Trenton on Sept. 24 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• William L. Taylor, 48, of Ilion, was charged in Vienna on Sept. 24 with one count of driving while intoxicated.

• Kristen A. Gnage, 49, of Rochester, was charged on Sept. 24 in Verona with one count of driving while intoxicated.

• Julius L. Colon, 24, of Rome, was charged in Sylvan Beach on Sept. 23 with fourth-degree mischief.

• Samantha M. Cerini, 35, of Rome, was charged in Annsville on Sept. 19 with one count each of driving while ability impaired by drugs, unauthorized use of a vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Charles H. Britton, 53, of Chittenango, was charged on Sept. 23 in Sullivan with one count each of driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
