Forcible touching and DWI among state police arrests
The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests from Oneida, Madison and Herkimer counties:
• Philip R. Baum, 51, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Oct. 24 with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
• David H. Vann, 66, of Earlville, was charged in Lebanon on Oct. 27 with second-degree aggravated harassment.
• A 13-year-old from Remsen was charged in Remsen on Oct. 27 with first-degree criminal sexual act.
• Danielle M. Sardon, 34, of Vermont, was charged on Oct. 25 in Whitestown with driving while intoxicated.
• Amyjo Dubin, 40, of Carlisle, and Gregory A. Steenburg, 40, of Mohawk, were both charged in Danube on Oct. 25 with second-degree burglary and first-degree trespass.
• Bryan O. Salazar, 26, of Utica, was charged on Oct. 24 in Schuyler with one count of fourth-degree mischief.
• Jonathan J. Fitzgerald-Bord, 26, of Utica, was charged in Utica on Oct. 25 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Michael J. Towne, 55, of Utica, was charged in Clayville on Oct. 22 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Robert D. Kackos, 61, of Neversink, Sullivan County, was charged in Eaton on Oct. 23 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Karen J. Anderson, 42, of Manlius, Onondaga County, was charged in Madison County on Oct. 22 with two counts of forcible touching and three counts of disseminating indecent materials to minors.
• Breonna R. Nichols, 25, of Dolgeville, was charged on Oct. 13 in Frankfort with one count each of third-degree fleeing a police officer and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Raymond M. Goracy, 54, of Clinton, was charged on Oct. 21 in Utica with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• Frederick W. Dunham, 65, of New Hartford, was charged in Utica on Oct. 22 with driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• Andrew P. Hartnett, 39, of Clayville, was charged on Oct. 21 in Utica with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
• A 14-year-old from Taberg was charged in Annsville on Oct. 21 with fourth-degree mischief.
• Kobie J. Reed, 28, of Chittenango, was charged on Oct. 21 in Sullivan with third-degree sex abuse.
