Fogel receives endorsement in bid for Supreme Court judge


Danielle Fogel, Esq., has received an endorsement from the New York State Police Investigators Association, Local 4, International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO, in support of her campaign for the Supreme Court judge seat in the Fifth Judicial District, which includes: Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis and Herkimer counties.

“I am honored and humbled to receive the endorsement from the New York State Police Investigators Association. As a former forensic scientist for the State Police, I have a firsthand understanding of the hard work and dedication of the men and women of the State Police and their commitment to keeping our communities safe. I am proud to have their support of my campaign for judge.” Fogel said.

Fogel is a trial lawyer who has spent her career advocating for clients in state Supreme Court matters involving civil litigation, the announcement said. In this capacity, she has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued scores of motions and appeals. She has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2005.

She is the president of the Onondaga County Bar Association, and a past president of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association. She was born and raised in South Utica and lives in East Syracuse with her husband, Michael, and their sons.
