Fifteen students represent Westmoreland Central School at Area-All State Music Festival in Fulton

WESTMORELAND — Fifteen students were selected to represent Westmoreland Central School at the Area All-State Music Festival in Fulton on Nov. 17, the most to ever represent the district.

Westmoreland’s students joined fellow musicians from Oneida, Herkimer, Madison and Oswego counties to perform the concert.

Collectively, the students represent the top three percent of all high school musicians in the four-county region.  

The following Westmoreland students performed in the Area All-State Orchestra: Noah Grant and Grace Waterman.

The following Westmoreland students performed in the Area All-State Symphonic Band: Jason Crumb, Bryce Daskiewich, Kyle Meagher and Emily Szmurlo.

The following Westmoreland students performed in the Area All-State Treble Choir: Angelina Ching, Abigail Hansson and Emma Riesel.

The following Westmoreland students performed in the Area All-State Mixed Choir: Karsten Bratge, Kirstin Bratge, Joshua Davis, Meghan Donnelly and Danielle Flack.

Jason Robinson was also selected, but was unable to participate due to another commitment.
