The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has announced the following recent arrests:

• Dylan R. McNabb, 30, of Wampsville, was charged in Oneida on Sept. 29 with one count of third-degree mischief.

• Jason P. Piquet, 44, no address given, was charged on Sept. 30 in Lenox with one count of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Shaquille O. Kinsey, 27, of Syracuse, was charged in Sullivan on Oct. 1 with driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal, speeding and other vehicle and traffic violations.

• Jon P. O’Herien, 52, of Wampsville, was charged in Wampsville on Oct. 1 with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree mischief.

• Phillip T. Richardson, 44, of Jamesville, was charged in Wampsville on Oct. 2 with endangering the welfare of a child.
