Those with questions may call Oneida County Office for the Aging and Continuing Care at 315-798-5456, ext. 4 Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All participants must be age 60 or older and have proof of age if needed.
Participants must not have received coupons from another source.
One coupon booklet per single person household.
Two coupon booklets per married couple, but each must sign for a booklet.
POA can pick up coupons for a senior but must bring paperwork showing them as Powers Of Attorney — no paperwork no coupons.
Participant must be receiving or eligible for one of the following programs or meet the income requirements: SSI, Public Assistance and Section 8 Housing Subsidy, monthly gross income is not to exceed $1,926 for single-person household; monthly gross income not to exceed $2,607 for a married couple or two-person household; monthly gross income not to exceed $3,288 for a three-person household.
All Participants must meet age and one of the eligibility requirements to get the coupon booklet

Friday, July 31 from noon to 2:30 p.m.
• Vienna Farmers Market at 7812 Route 13, Blossvale
Thursday, Aug. 1, from 3-5 p.m.
• Starting Monday, Aug. 5 while supplies last, coupons will be available at:
Oneida County Office Building, Office for the Aging, 800 Park Ave, 1st Floor, Utica; and Oneida County Office for the Aging at 300 W. Dominick St., between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
