Fall Fun Days all month at Fort Rickey zoo
ROME — Fort Rickey Discovery Zoo, 5135 Rome-New London Road, celebrates the season with Fall Fun Days every weekend though Oct. 30.
Fall Fun Days feature antique tractor pull rides, pumpkin painting and various crafts, a campfire with s’mores, a corn maze and Fort Rickey’s wonderful animal presentations and Wild Creatures Playland and Pillow Bounce.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting.
Fall favorite foods will also be available for purchase including hot cider, fresh doughnuts from Ferlos, homemade fudge, mac ‘n’ cheese, chili and pumpkin bread.
Regular rates apply and season passes are accepted. Tractor rides are $2.50 a ticket, pumpkins are $4 each with paint included, crafts are $2 and s’mores kits are $3.
