UTICA — Local evangelist Joanne Servello will speak Thursday, Oct. 20, at Redeemer Church, 931 Herkimer Road.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a time of worship. Servello is convinced “that God has something very special in mind for those who attend this meeting,” and she encourages people to bring friends and loved ones who need a healing touch from God.

Redeemer Church (formerly known as Mt. Zion Ministries Church) began in Joanne Servello’s living room many years ago, and now has church services in multiple locations. Her son, Pastor Michael Servello Sr. served as senior pastor of Redeemer for well over three decades. He also founded Compassion Coalition, where he now works full time as this ministry continues to grow in its service to the community and beyond. Her grandson, Pastor Michael Servello Jr., is currently the senior pastor of the church which now has campuses in Utica, Rome, Albany, and Syracuse.
