UTICA — The public is invited to a meeting of the East Utica Neighborhood Watch program, which will take place at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 3, at the Chancellor Apartments, 417 Bleecker St.

The meeting will include a pair of candidates, Jason Cooper and Joe Hobika Jr., who are seeking election to the two available positions on the Utica City School District’s board of education.
