The 12th annual East Utica Classic Golf Tournament is scheduled for this weekend.

The event is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday with a shotgun start at Valley View Golf Course in Utica.

Tournament officials said proceeds from the event will be going to its main beneficiary, Harlow Hallam, and secondary beneficiary, Levi Bartlett. Both children in the Utica community are going through difficult health issues that have huge financial burdens to their families, officials said.

Last year the event contributed over $20,000 to beneficiaries. The event is also honoring last year's main beneficiary, Anna LaBella. The 12th hole will be dedicated to LaBella, according to officials.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and goes until 9:25 a.m. Sunday. Cost is $150 per golfer or $600 per foursome.

Cost includes: 18 holes of golf with cart and a golfer gift bag as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will be complimentary beverages and hospitality tents on the course.

The event includes prizes and an award ceremony. There will also be games and raffles as well.
