DWI, harassment among recent arrests in Oneida

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Roxanne M. Scheu, 29, of Sherrill, was charged on Feb. 1 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, uninspected vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Andrew P. Mecke, 39, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Jan. 31 for second-degree trespass.

• Salina M. Briggs, 29, of Oneida, was charged on Jan. 31 with second-degree harassment.

• A male juvenile, 14, of Oneida, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Jan. 30 for second-degree harassment.

• Ryan M. Phelps, 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 28 for fifth-degree possession of stolen property.

• Parish T. Gibson, 53, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Jan. 28 for second-degree harassment.

• David M. Parmeter, 46, of Oneida, was picked up on separate arrest warrants on Jan. 27 for third and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree use of drug paraphernalia and failure to report a change of address as a registered sex offender.
