The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Jessica L. Gooden, 31, no address given, was charged in Cicero on Sept. 1 with petty larceny and fourth-degree mischief. 

• Makenna R. Lee, 30, of Oneida, was charged in Lenox on Aug. 30 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Jonathan J. Brown, 37, of Vernon, was charged in Manlius on Aug. 31 with fourth-degree mischief. 

• Shane M. Fraser, 48, of Bridgeport, was charged in Sullivan on Sept. 2 with driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal and multiple vehicle and traffic violations. 

• Zulma Z. Bonilla, 57, of New York Mills, was charged in Wampsville on Aug. 30 with driving while intoxicated and numerous other vehicle and traffic violations, authorities said.
