The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison and Lewis counties:

• Sean M. McLaughlin, 59, of Rome, was charged in Floyd on April 19 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Randy L. Portner, 68, of Camden, was charged in Annsville on April 20 with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Joanna M. Hawver, 32, of Earlville, was charged in Lebanon on April 19 with driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated driving while intoxicated and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Matthew J. Bombard, 28, of Munnsville, was charged in Stockbridge on April 20 with fourth-degree mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

• James R. Freeman, 39, of Utica, was charged in Marcy on April 18 with first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

• Alexandra D. Dieffenbacher, 30, of Newport, was charged in Herkimer on April 18 with making a false report and a false written statement.

• Jared S. Jakubowski, 29, of Oneida, was charged in Sylvan Beach on April 18 with petty larceny.

• Douglas W. Simmons, 22, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox on April 17 with third-degree possession of stolen property.

• Adele F. Brod, 61, of Herkimer, was charged in Ilion on April 17 with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Kyle J. McJury, 22, of Sylvan Beach, was charged in Sylvan Beach on April 16 with third-degree assault, first-degree contempt and resisting arrest.

• Bradley T. Dougherty, 24, of Rome, was charged in Rome on April 16 with driving while intoxicated.

• A 16-year-old from Constantia was charged in Vienna on April 16 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Casey T. Gawarecki, 26, of Rome, was charged in Lenox on April 15 with third and fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Brandon C. Maclaury, 37, of McDonough, was charged in Sullivan on April 15 with third-degree possession of a weapon.

• Melinda M. Harmon, 40, of St. Johnsville, was charged in German Flatts with criminal obstruction of breathing.

• Dylan P. Kinch, 39, of Little Falls, was charged in Remsen on April 14 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Ronald J. Jackson, 32, of Rome, was charged in Verona on April 14 with fourth and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration.

• Richard J. Coleman, 59, of Madison, was charged in Verona on April 14 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
