FRANKFORT — The Frankfort Town Police Department announced the following arrests for August:

• Anthony M. Buehler, 24, of Pennsylvania, was charged on Aug. 3 with driving while intoxicated. 

• Merissa L. Darrow, 33, of Frankfort, was charged on Aug. 14 with third-degree mischief. Darrow was also charged on Aug. 16 with second-degree harassment, trespass and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Tanya M. Johnson, 35, of Little Falls, was charged on Aug. 20 with driving while ability impaired by drugs and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Christian W. Reuger Jr., 30, of Frankfort, was charged on Aug. 21 with driving while intoxicated. 

• Christopher P. Dougherty, 27, of Ilion, was charged on Aug. 26 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Mark D. Gauthier, 30, of Frankfort, was charged on Aug. 26 with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count each of second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration and resisting arrest.
