The New York State Police announced the following arrests in Herkimer, Madison, Oneida and Lewis counties:

• Sherry L. Ritter, 59, of Camden, was charged in Marcy on March 15 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Philip A. Saporito, 45, of Utica, was charged in Marcy on March 16 with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count of driving while ability impaired by drugs.

• Lisa A. Woodard, 52, of Rome, was charged in Vernon on March 16 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Mary E. Lagioia, 38, of Vernon Center, was charged in Chittenango on March 15 with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

• Travis Meeks, 40, of Marcy, was charged in Marcy on March 14 with second-degree aggravated harassment.

• David A. Wingfield, 67, of Frankfort, was charged in Litchfield on March 14 with second, third and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Shelby L. Breckenridge, 26, of Lebanon, was charged in Lebanon on March 14 with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Jacquelyne M. Goppert, 46, of Utica, was charged in Trenton on March 13 with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

• Daniel P. Monnat, 28, of Croghan, was charged in New Bremen on March 12 with fourth-degree mischief and first-degree contempt.

• Michelle A. McGauley, 53, of New York Mills, was charged in Yorkville on march 11 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Kelly A. Ohern, 27, of Utica, was charged in Frankfort on March 11 with criminal obstruction of breathing.

• Richard K. Slaughter, 51, of Ilion, was charged in Litchfield on March 11 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

• Anthony R. Mancuso, 26, of Frankfort, was charged in Frankfort on March 11 with aggravated family offense and second-degree contempt.

• Michael P. Gravis, 47, of Remsen, was charged in Russia on March 10 with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Timothy B. Becker, 45, of Verona, was charged on March 11 in Verona with driving while intoxicated.

• Stacey M. Radlo, 41, of Whitesboro, was charged in Verona on March 10 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.

• Rory G. Barzee, 69, of Lowville, was charged in Lowville on March 10 with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
