TOWN OF WATSON — A 33-year-old man was charged with drunken driving after a crash in Lewis County Monday night.
Sheriff’s deputies said Philip R. Reiter, of Port Leyden, was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Number Four Road in the Town of Watson at about 7:55 p.m. Monday. Following the crash, deputies said Reiter registered a blood alcohol content of 0.12%.
Reiter is charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to maintain lane and unreasonable speed, deputies stated. Reiter was released on appearance tickets to Town Court.
