Drug possession, larceny among recent state police arrests
The New York State Police have announced the following recent arrests in Herkimer, Madison, Oneida and Lewis counties:
• Michael E. Lamanque, 32, of Oriskany Falls, was charged in Marshall on Jan. 5 with two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Kendo J. Gooden, 34, of Utica, was charged in Schuyler on Jan. 5 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Rusty A. Hayes, 33, of Cleveland, was charged in Vienna on Jan. 5 with fourth-degree mischief.
• Jamie L. McCoppin, 51, of Lee Center, was charged in Rome on Jan. 5 with petty larceny, third-degree tampering and fourth-degree mischief.
• Isaiah J. Sparks, 19, of Syracuse, was charged in Canastota on Jan. 5 with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
• Glen D. Cookingham, 30, of Poland, was charged on Jan. 1 in Russia with third-degree trespass.
• Amanda M. Spink, 28, of Camden, was charged in Verona on Jan. 4 with first-degree falsifying business records and making a false written statement.
• Carlos Velez-Perez, 35, of Rome, was charged in Verona on Jan. 5 with second-degree trespass and fourth-degree mischief.
• A 17-year-old from Herkimer was charged in Herkimer on Dec. 31 with second-degree trespass.
• Nathaniel Walker, 49, of New Hartford, was charged in Herkimer on Jan. 2 with petty larceny.
• Holly L. Luther, 56, Makenzie L. Christman, 22, and Michael D. Hart, 37, all of Little Falls, were all charged in Little Falls on Jan. 3 with third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Dylan C. McGuigan, 22, of Kirkville, was charged in Cazenovia on Jan. 3 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
• John R. Yelle, 34, of Taberg, was charged in Annsville on Jan. 2 with petty larceny.
• Glen D. Cookinham, 30, of Poland, was charged in Russia on Jan. 1 with third-degree trespass.
• Cody J. Simmons, 23, of New York Mills, was charged in Marcy on Jan. 1 with one count each of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
