ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Curt T. Swedin, 57, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 9 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Kimberly L. Jones, 39, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Jan. 9 for disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

• Steven A. Potocki Jr., 41, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Jan. 8 for fourth-degree mischief, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving.

• Harry P. Moyer, 62, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Jan. 8 for driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration and drinking while driving.

• Ronald J. Bergum Jr., 40, of Utica, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 6 for petty larceny.

• Clifford J. Congdon, 43, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 6 for petty larceny.

• Didier A. Antoine, 28, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on Jan. 6 for second-degree harassment.

• Joshua J. Parkhurst, 30, of Oneida, was picked up on an arrest warrant on Jan. 5 for third-degree burglary and petty larceny.

• Scott E. Mackey, 46, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Jan. 3 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

• Wayne N. VanPatten, 52, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Jan. 3 for petty larceny.

• A male juvenile, 14, of Oneida, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on Jan. 2 for harassment second-degree.

• Kenneth L. Roehm, 62, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Dec. 31 for petty larceny, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, circumventing an ignition interlock device, improper plates, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.

• James T. Campfield, 29, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Dec. 30 for second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.

• Laureen Goodnow, 51, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Dec. 30 for petty larceny.

• William R. Green, 43, of Syracuse, was issued an appearance ticket for petty larceny.
