Domestic dispute in Clinton
CLINTON — A Clinton man is accused of choking another person during a domestic dispute on Marvin Street, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's deputies said Antonio J. Springer was involved in a domestic dispute with another person at a residence on Marvin Street around 1:15 p.m. Friday. Deputies said Springer choked the other person and prevented them from leaving at one point. A child was also present, authorities stated.
Springer is charged with one count each of criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of a governmental administration, deputies stated. He is scheduled to appear in court.
