CLEVELAND, NY — Vanderkamp Center, 337 Martin Road, will hold a dinner dance fundraiser 6-11 on Saturday, Feb. 10. Tickets are on sale through Jan. 27 for the event to raise money for the camping ministry and community outreach initiative.
There will be a formal dinner, live music, craft beer and ale tasting, cash bar and door prizes.
“Though Vanderkamp will not be holding a Fire and Ice Festival this year, we opted to keep the theme for this February fundraising event,” the Center noted.
The menu includes choice of entrée (pork tenderloin medallions with chimichurri sauce, chicken marsala or vegetarian marsala), served with Caesar salad, dinner rolls, roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary, green beans almondine, cheesecake with choice of blueberry or raspberry sauce, a complimentary bottle of wine per table, iced tea and hot beverages.
Dave Liddy and Steve Quenneville of the Mossback Mule Band will play a variety of western swing, classic country, boogie and blues music.
Sample a variety of craft beer and ales provided by the Middle Ages Brewing Co. The cash bar will include domestic and craft beers, red and white wine and soda for purchase.
Door prize drawings will take place throughout the evening.
Advance sale tickets are required. Admission is $30 per person. Proceeds to benefit Vanderkamp’s Kampership Fund and Vanderkamp Kares community initiatives. Tickets are available at the Cleveland Village Office; and from members of the Program Committee, Pat Ceero-Reehil, Julie Simpson, Lila Netzband or Chairperson Beth Krauss; or at www.vk.org.
