Gov Andrew Cuomo shrugged off criticism from Roman Catholic leaders about excommunication from the church due to his support of the new abortion law. As a Catholic he stated he doesn’t govern or legislate as such.
This leads one to view him as a “cafeteria” Catholic — who chooses what he believes and what he doesn’t.
Followers of the faith should ask for his resignation as he is a hypocrite. True believers know the commandment: “Thou shalt not kill” and that only God has the right to take a life. The governor is focused on power and authority and leading the state to disaster.
