CRM Rental Management celebrates 50th anniversary


Established in 1971, CRM Rental Management, Inc., located at 117 W. Liberty St., was recognized by the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce for its 50th anniversary in business.

CRM is a real estate investment, development and management company managing more than 70 apartment communities in New York and Massachusetts.

CRM started in 1971 with a single management contract for a 299-family rental apartment designed initially for the military personnel at Griffiss Air Force Base. Today, CRM has 70 management contracts, totaling approximately 5,400 units in 38 municipalities and in two states for both family and senior apartment living.
