Criminal mischief, DWI among recent arrests in Madison County
The Madison County Sheriff's Office announced the following recent arrests:
• Ian P. Beeman, 24, of Earlville, was charged in Earlville on Jan. 20 with second-degree mischief.
• Tyler S. Collins, 34, of Bouckville, was charged in Canastota on Jan. 20 with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Albert G. Fabian Jr., 60, of Canastota, was charged in Canastota on Jan. 20 with fourth-degree possession of a weapon.
• James M. Labarbera, 56, no address available, was charged in Lincoln on Jan. 21 with driving while intoxicated, breath test refusal, failure to obey police, illegal signal and drinking while driving.
• Nadia M. Hoke, 20, of Lafayette, Onondaga County, was charged in Oneida on Jan. 22 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, suspended registration, unlicensed driver and speeding.
