Credit card allegedly stolen, used in Utica
UTICA — A 30-year-old man is accused of stealing and using another person's credit card in Utica, according to the Utica Police Department.
Police said Armon Sessoms, of Utica, stole a wallet from a residence on Stark Street on Feb. 23, and then used the credit card inside at several nearby stores. Police said they checked surveillance footage and spoke to store employees to identify Sessoms.
On Tuesday, Sessoms was taken into custody on one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, authorities said. He is scheduled to appear in Utica City Court.
