Copper City Community Connection, 305 E. Locust St., Rome, was able to honor their volunteers for 2022 at a Volunteer Lunch on Tuesday, April 18, catered by Crust Kitchen & Bar. In total there were 31 volunteers who gave 1954.5 hours of service. “Without this group of dedicated volunteers, we would not be able to continue to bring the community all the services and activities that we offer,” organizers noted. Each volunteer was given a certificate of appreciation and gift certificate for any event or class at the Center for 2023. “Again, thank you to all our volunteers, we truly appreciate you!”
