ONEIDA — A full agenda is slated for the Common Council’s regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Common Council Chambers at 109 N. Main St. in Oneida.
Monthly reports
Receive and place on file the monthly reports from the City Clerk, City Engineer, Codes Department, Comptroller, Fire Department, Parks and Recreation Department and Police Department.
Board appointment
Approve the Mayor’s appointment of James Chamberlain, 610 W. Elm Street, Oneida, to the Board of Assessment Review for a term to expire on September 4, 2025.
Grant application-records management
Authorize the Mayor to submit a grant application to NYS for funding to assist in the conversion and access of city records and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all contracts and/or agreements in connection with the grant application
Cell phone policy
Receive and place on file the Employees Acknowledgment and Understanding of the Cellular Telephone Administrative Policy from Water Superintendent John Monaghan, and further approve the Cellular Telephone Request Form from said employee
Budget transfers/amendments
Approve the budget transfers and amendments as outlined by the comptroller.
Waive rule to accept agenda items
Per Resolution 08-180 adopted by the Common Council on August 19, 2008, the provisions of the procedure to accept agenda items is hereby waived.
Contract-Axon Enterprise, Inc.
Authorize the police chief to sign a five-year contract with Axon Enterprise, Inc., 17800 N. 85th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85255, for the procurement and maintenance of body worn camera equipment, storage and software licenses for the police department.
