SYLVAN BEACH — The Oneida Lake Arts and Heritage Center, 1201 Main St., celebrates its first anniversary at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 with a concert by singer/songwriter Nikki Logan.

Logan is originally from Utica and sang solos as a gospel singer and studied vocal performance at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse. She first performed in Las Vegas in 1995 and earned her own show at the original “Aladdin.”

For the past 20 years, she performed at casinos, clubs and theaters throughout the United States, Asia, Australia and New Zealand as a lead vocalist with her own band. With her four- octave range, Logan delivers a versatile, classy and energetic show.

She is accompanied by the well-known CNY jazz musicians Devin Garramone on sax, Joe Ferlo on guitar, Malcom Parker on drums and Dave Solazzo on keyboards.

There is limited seating of only 65 tickets at $45. Tickets are available on Eventbrite or at the Center. Doors open at 6 p.m.

A 50/50 raffle is available. OLAH Center is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) and donations are appreciated and accepted.
