Community Bank N.A. branches across New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Massachusetts have joined together to host a canned food drive throughout February.
The more than 100 participating branches aim to collect 2,018 items of food for local food pantries and food banks.
“The North Country Community Bank N.A. branches are proud to take part in this month-long canned food drive to help our neighbors in need,” Community Bank N.A. Regional Manager Rita Walldroff said. “I encourage everyone to scan their cupboards and stop by the local market to gather nonperishable food items to donate. Every little bit counts.”
Participating local branches include Boonville, Camden, Old Forge and Westmoreland.
To participate in the food drive, bring your nonperishable canned food items to your local Community Bank N.A. by Feb. 28.
