Michael Allen Coffee and Jocelyn Ann Hinman were married on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the First Presbyterian Church in Rome.
The bride is the daughter of Kirk and Linda Caspar Hinman, of the Town of Lee. The bridegroom is the son of Jeff A. Coffee of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Anne S. Coffee of Wilmington, N.C.
The Rev. Kate Dunn, minister at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, performed the 3:30 p.m. ceremony, assisted by The Rev. Sam Pendergrast.
Matrons of honor were Kristen Hinman and Allison Smith, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sarah Waters, Vanessa Pillmore Marquette, Katherine Wentworth-Ping, Emma Sholl, Lauren Graves, Katherine Clark, Devon Caton, and Sarah Coffee and Molly Coffee, sisters of the groom.
James Patrick Murphy served as best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Brett Beaulieu, Michael Callahan, William D’Allesandro, Michael Johnson, Jim Murphy and Daniel Shea.
Spencer Robert Smith, served as ring bearer, and Dorothy Louise Hinman Embree was flower girl.
Dr. Hinman, a graduate of Colgate University and Columbia University, is an adjunct assistant professor and postdoctoral research associate at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Her husband, a graduate of Providence College and George Washington University, is a senior legal counsel with the bank HSBC in New York City.
The couple resides in Manhattan.
