Cinema screens ‘Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris’
ROME — Cinema Capitol, 230 W. Dominick St., will screen “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris” starting Friday, Aug. 5.
Show times will be Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5 and 6 at 4 and 7 p.m.; Sunday, Aug. 7 at 1 and 4 p.m.; and Monday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, Aug. 12 and 13 at 4 and 7 p.m.; Sunday, Aug. 14 at 1 and 4 p.m.; and Monday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m.
In partnership with the House of Dior, “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris” tells the story of a widowed cleaning lady in 1950s London who falls madly in love with a couture Dior dress, and decides that she must have one of her own. After she works, starves and gambles to raise the funds to pursue her dream, she embarks on an adventure to Paris which will change not only her own outlook, but the very future of the House of Dior.

Friday’s 4 p.m. and Sunday’s 1 p.m. show times will include captions for the hearing-impaired.
“Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris” runs 115 minutes and is rated PG.
