ROME — Rome Presbyterian Women Fair co-chairs Mary Grow and Lenora Merithew will host the Fall Country Fair and Rummage Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 at Rome First Presbyterian Church, 108 W. Court St.

“We’ve been blessed with an over abundance of beautiful crafts and items for the rummage sale and we’d like to share the extra opportunity with the community,” said Grow.

The fair and sale will feature handmade crafts and decor, baked goods and preserves, Amish cheese, seasonal decorations and a handmade quilt raffle. The quilt was designed and crafted by Merithew.

The Arizona Taco Food Truck will be on hand for those wishing to grab a bite to eat, according to event organizers.

The fair includes a huge rummage sale and a room filled with thrifty treasures; an eclectic mix of jewelry, antiques, furniture, and collectibles, and will be held in the downstairs dining hall. All Thrifty Treasure items begin at 50% off.

Although the entrance of the church is not handicapped accessible, a chair lift between the street level and dining hall is available for those in need, organizers added.

For additional information, contact The First Presbyterian Church Office at 315-336-1380.
