Church offers drive-through barbecue event

ROME — A drive-through chicken barbecue will take place at the First Presbyterian Church, 108 W. Court St., to celebrate Honor America Days from 4 p.m. until meals are gone on Tuesday, Aug. 2.

The meal, catered by Scotty’s House of BBQ, will cost $15; and meals are takeout only.

There are no pre-sale tickets for the event.
