CANASTOTA — The Oneida-Canastota Christian Women’s Club invites the public to its upcoming Book of Life Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, at Theodore’s Restaurant, 3231 Seneca Turnpike.

The cost is $16 at the door.

The event will feature a talk, “The Suite Life going from the Basement of Despair to the Penthouse of Peace,” by children’s book author Eileen Miller, of Campbell, N.Y., as well as music by vocalist Janet Martin.
