A Rome man is accused of pinning a woman during an argument while she held her young child. Police said Brian M. Quigley, 22, of St. Peter’s Ave., was involved in a domestic dispute on Fourth Street at about 4 a.m. Saturday. When the woman tried to leave the residence with her 2-year-old daughter, police said Quigley pinned her up against the door by her shoulder.
Quigley is charged with one count each of second-degree imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said. He is scheduled to appear in City Court.
