Chamber seeks feedback on future tours

The Rome Area Chamber of Commerce is considering offering a tour of either Greece or Spain in fall 2020, and is receptive to receiving preference feedback from the membership and the community, according to an announcement by Rome chamber officials. Commercial air travel would be available at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.  Prices per person range from approximately $2,500 to $3,000. In October 2018, the Chamber offered a trip to China in cooperation with Citslinc International Inc., and in November 2019, a Chamber delegation toured Italy with Aventura World.

Both Citslinc and Aventura World are official corporate sponsors of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, of which the Rome Chamber is a long-standing member, and have taken thousands of people over the years on various international tours, many of them with members of chambers of commerce.

The Rome Chamber considers this opportunity to be a great way to give members exposure to countries possessing large economies and some of the richest culture and history that can be found anywhere.

The tours are fully escorted and are intended to offer introductions to the people, history, culture, commerce and daily life in the cities they visit.

Anyone interested is welcome to contact wkg@romechamber.com or call him at 315-337-1700.
