ROME — Rome Area Chamber of Commerce has released 2,500 copies of its new Chamber Member Directory & Rome Community Guide, now available at the chamber office, 139 W. Dominick St., Suite 2.

Copies will also be delivered to various locations throughout the city.

The Rome Chamber publishes the directory/guide each year — proven to be a valuable tool used by residents, newcomers, visitors, developers, and employers to promote the attributes of living and working in the community, shopping in local stores, utilizing the city’s health care and educational services, and enjoying restaurants, cultural attractions, and the overall aspects of Rome lifestyle, said Rome Chamber President William K. Guglielmo.

“It is also a source for information about chamber members, who are listed alphabetically by categories of business and by their business names,” Guglielmo said. “The publication is made possible by members who advertise, in fact, the number of pages increased from 48 to 52 this year, because chamber members were so supportive.”

The additional pages also provided opportunities for more information about the economic progress Rome is experiencing.  

“We encourage businesses that are looking to attract more workers to publicize the link to where it is posted on the chamber website, and to contact the office if they need copies,” Guglielmo added.
