Camden man accused of violating order of protection

TOWN OF VIENNA — A Camden man was charged with violating a court order of protection after showing up to a residence on West Lake Street Tuesday night.

Deputies said they responded to West Lake Street at 10 p.m. regarding a trespass complaint.  After an investigation, it was determined that Jason J. Vincent, 41, had violated a stay-away order of protection by being at the home, deputies said.

Vincent was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Office in Whitestown where he was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and trespass, a violation.

Vincent was then transported to county jail, where he was held pending an arraignment in CAP Court.
