Burglary, harassment among recent arrests in City of Oneida

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests. 

• Parish T. Gibson, 53, of Oneida, was charged on Nov. 30 with one count of third-degree burglary and three counts of petty larceny.  

• Kimberly L. Jones, 39, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Dec. 1 for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.

• Amanda L. Hopkins, 33, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Nov. 30 for petty larceny.

• Lorrie M. Dean, 57, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Nov. 29 for endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

• Justin M. O'Byrne, 32, of Utica, was issued an appearance ticket on Nov. 27 for petty larceny.

• Brian A. Wesseldine, 36, of Oneida, was charged on Nov. 27 with two counts each of second-degree harassment and fourth-degree mischief, as well as one count each of second-degree menacing and fourth-degree possession of a weapon.  

• Calvin J. Winston Jr., 36, of Oneida, was charged on Nov. 27 with third-degree burglary, petty larceny and resisting arrest.  

• Steven A. Johnson, 38, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket on Nov. 27 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Ernesto M. Martinez-Rodarte, 34, of Oneida, was charged on Nov. 26 with three counts of second-degree harassment and one count each of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.  

• David A. Graff, 38, of Canastota, was charged on Nov. 24 with first-degree contempt and second-degree harassment.
