The Madison County Sheriff’s Office announced the following recent arrests:

• Joseph E. Sequin, 18, of Oneida, was charged in Wampsville on Feb. 24 with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree conspiracy and petty larceny.

• Herbert E. Rogers, 35, of Carthage, Jefferson County, was charged in Sullivan on Feb. 25 with driving while ability impaired, fifth-degree possession of stolen property, speeding and several other vehicle and traffic violations.
