Burglary and endangerment among charges

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests:

• Darcoa D. McCalop, 32, of Rome, was charged on Aug. 22 with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.

• Jeremy R. Emmons, 36, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 22 with two counts of first-degree contempt, one count each of second-degree contempt, second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Christopher J. Skinner, 35, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 21 with for third-degree burglary and petty larceny.

• Jason A. Walters, 47, of Oneida, was charged on Aug. 26 for driving while intoxicated and several other vehicle and traffic violations.

• Dylan R. McNabb, 30, of Wampsville, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 25 for two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Tanya J. Millington, 32, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Aug. 24 for trespass and second-degree trespass.

• David L. Gallagher, 30, of Oneida, was issued appearance tickets on Aug. 24 for trespass and second-degree trespass.

• Trever R. Klein, 29, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on Aug. 19 for third-degree trespass.
