Burglary and arson among charges from New York State Police

The New York State Police announced the following recent arrests in Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties:
- Anthony, 54, and Andrea Capra, 32, both of Fort Plain, Montgomery County, were charged with in Salisbury on Nov. 16 with third-degree burglary.
- Harold A. Goodwin, 50, of Frankfort, was charged in Schuyler on Nov. 16 with two counts of fifth-degree arson.
- Alexis A. Gross, 26, of Frankfort, was charged in Litchfield on Nov. 17 with driving while intoxicated.
- Jacob J. Drouin, 21, of Dolgeville, was charged in Salisbury on Nov. 16 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
- Joseph R. Zdanowicz, 39, of Hamilton, was charged in Earlville on Nov. 16 with petty larceny.
- Louis J. Higby, 45, of Lee Center, was charged in Lee on Nov. 16 with second-degree strangulation.
- George A. Denton, 31, of Oneida, was charged in Vernon on Nov. 16 with first-degree contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
- A 14-year-old from Taberg was charged in Vienna on Nov. 15 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
- Matthew A. Sauerhafer, 32, of Blossvale, was charged in Vienna on Nov. 13 with three counts of fourth-degree mischief. Sauerhafer was also charged in Verona on Nov. 12 with fourth-degree mischief.
- Raymond N. Rogers, 24, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Nov. 13 with third-degree assault.
- Michael L. Dentrone, 42, of Munnsville, was charged in Vernon on Nov. 13 with first-degree sex abuse and second-degree burglary.
- Stanley K. Dickson, 69, of Little Falls, was charged on Nov. 12 in Little Falls with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
- Sewell A. Claycomb, 31, of Utica, was charged in VIenna on Nov. 12 with one count each of fifth and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.
- Stacey L. Tennant, 38, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Nov. 12 with petty larceny.
- Thomas J. Shults, 37, of Dolgeville, was charged in Salisbury on Nov. 11 with third-degree assault and fourth-degree mischief.
- Carrie L. Lamphere, 37, of Salisbury, was charged in Salisbury on Nov. 11 with second-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
- Meagan L. Ali, 24, of Sylvan Beach, was charged in Sylvan Beach on Nov. 12 with first-degree contempt.
- Nicole L. Cronon, 45, of Rome, was charged in Rome on Nov. 11 with petty larceny.
