The Madison County Office for the Aging invites the 50 and over public to improve their health for the coming year with the Bone Builders/Osteo Bone Builders programs throughout Madison County.

These programs are free and open. Volunteers with AmeriCorps Seniors’ Retired and Senior Volunteer Program are trained to lead the classes which focus on strength and balance exercises.

RSVP is sponsored by the Madison County Office for the Aging, Inc.
