NEW HARTFORD — Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES is offering a Phlebotomist Program, starting Sept. 10 at its New Hartford location.
In this course, students will learn the theory and hands-on skills to be a part of the clinical team drawing blood specimens and performing medical laboratory testing, according to an announcement by BOCES officials.
