Posted

UTICA — Better Together,  a local support group for parents and caregivers who have children with disabilities, will partner with the Kelberman Center and the Oneida County Sheriff’s Department to present the second annual Community and Fun Night, to take place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30, at Redeemer Church, 931 Herkimer Road.

People of all abilities and ages and their families or caregivers are encouraged to attend a free night of family fun and networking. Agencies and organizations that provide support within the community will also highlight their programs and initiatives that serve local families.

The event will include food, bounce houses and family fun, organizers said. For additional information, contact Bethany Wendy, Director of Community Relations, at bethany.wendt@kelbermancenter.org or by calling 315-922-6706.

The Kelberman Center provides autism services for children, adults and families in Central New York throughout all phases of life, from early childhood through adulthood, including: home and community-based, education, clinical, residential and recreation and camp programs.
