The investigation is ongoing into a hoax bomb threat reported at Premier Aviation at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park Tuesday evening.
No arrests have been made so far, officials said.
A person made a verbal threat about a bomb to a worker at the Hangar Road facility at about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, deputies stated. The building was evacuated and searched by a K-9, with no bomb found. The workers were allowed to return shortly after 7 p.m.
“There was no bomb,” said Sheriff Robert M. Maciol this morning. “No one was in any danger.”
Maciol said the incident remains under investigation as to what triggered the threat.
