ROME — Jervis Public Library, 613 N. Washington St., will host an author talk with Jim Farfaglia at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Fulton writer Farfaglia, author of “Voices in the Storm: Stories from the Blizzard of ’66,” has recently published a new book — “Historic Snowstorms of Central New York.” He will be visiting the library to discuss the book and some notable snowstorms in New York history. Copies of his books will be available for purchase at the talk.
